Went to the gym today and did 2.5 km on the cross trainer (225 calories) in 15 minutes; 5km on an exercise bike (75 calories) in 10 minutes; and 1km on the rowing machine in 5 minutes. So that's 8.5 km in total. Hmm, that's
half a kilometer less than last time. Still, I more than doubled the distance on the step machine.
